Thanks to everyone has been sending good thoughts to my parents in Houston, TX. Their electricity was restored today and they couldn't be happier. When I spoke to them they were talking excitedly about attacking the MOUNTAIN of laundry they accrued in eleven days and going to the grocery to replenish the EMPTY fridge.
I'm so glad they can finally get back to normal. Cheers! :)

Excellent! Hopefully people can relax a bit and get back to normal. It must have been awful, I'll never moan about the Scottish weather again!
