Today's word is hastag. Hash Mark is a symbol + a tag is used for the purpose of identification. Hash+ Tag = hashtag
Because I wanted to see what was being said about ecomonday, I searched the hashtag #ecomonday on twitter.

I'm reading Embassytown, a sci-fi book and I'm learning loads of new words there!
While it's not really a word, per se, I learned a whole bunch today about "RSS".
