I know these days it's rare to get customer service that you can rave about. So, when it happens, I feel the need to tell people about it...I recently ordered some coupon cards from moo.com for my Etsy shop. Moo was great about keeping me up to date on what was going on with my order. There's a bot called "little moo" that emails you to let you know when your order ships and sends your tracking number so you can see how close it is to your door. The cards arrived wrapped all cute with a sticker that said "YAY!" keeping them all closed up safe in their little container.
My cards came out better than I imagined and I can't wait to start handing them out! When they're gone, I'll be ordering more from them for sure!
